Danqi Guo is a predoctoral researcher at Freie Universität in Berlin, working on the ERC project “Digital Governance in China”. Her PhD project focuses, among others, on the emergence of local big data administrations (地方大数据治理机构) in China and its impacts on the country’s approach to big data governance. She received her MA in Public Administration and Policy at the University of Potsdam and attained her BA in Political Science at Freie Universität Berlin. Her research interests focus on the interactions between digital technologies and institutional and structural changes in public sector.
